Each stone measures 157 × 38 × 15 mm and features a rounded side, allowing it to double as a mousak for honing. The stones come pre-lapped using silicon carbide powder, ensuring a flat, ready-to-use surface.
The angle holder is crafted from high-strength plastic and integrates powerful neodymium magnets for stable and secure knife positioning. It offers precise sharpening angle adjustment, supports quick side-switching without re-mounting the blade, and allows sharpening using the “angle progression” method for enhanced edge durability.
