  • Full Blade Coverage: I can sharpen the entire edge—from the heel all the way to the tip—without changing my technique. The guide keeps the angle consistent, so the whole edge contacts the belt evenly.
  • Works with Most 1x30 Belt Sanders: I've used it with popular 1x30 machines like KFMK, Bucktool, Vevor, WEN, and other similar models. It fits well into most knife sharpening setups.
  • Accurate Angle Adjustment: The main angle adjustment ranges from 10° to 45°, and the included angle plate (12°, 15°, 17°, 20°, 22°, 25°, 28°, 30°) makes setting up the exact sharpening angle quick and easy.
  • Extra Mounting Screw Included: If the original L-handle gets in the way during installation, I simply replace it with the included M8×40 hex socket screw. It gives better clearance and makes installation much easier.
  • Adjustable Belt Clearance: I can easily adjust the gap between the guide and the sanding belt by loosening the mounting screws. This lets me use belts of different thicknesses while keeping the working clearance just right.
  • Two Mounting Options: Depending on the belt grinder, I can install the guide in the standard way or remove the original backplate and mount it from the right side using the factory M6×10 screws. This makes it compatible with even more 1x30 belt sanders.
  • Edge Leading or Edge Trailing: I like that I'm not limited to one sharpening style. The guide works equally well for both edge-leading and edge-trailing sharpening, so I can use whichever method is best for the knife I'm working on.
