Lapping glass

We accept returns within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been damaged or modified, and must include all original packaging. Abrasive items are eligible for return only if not used (read the abrasive policy below for details). We will contact you to discuss further steps.

If you want to make a return, please send us an email with order #, what items you’d like to return, and the reason you want to return the product (we love feedback).

If you have received a damaged product, a product with major defects, or a different product to the one you ordered, please take a few photos and send us an email explaining the issue. Let us know whether you want a refund, an exchange. After reviewing your case, we will contact you to discuss further steps. We will not ask you to send the product back if doing so is economically unreasonable.
