A double stone holder is used instead of a standard single holder and allows you to significantly shorten the process of sharpening knives due to the simultaneous operation of two abrasive elements instead of one.
The stones are held by spring-loaded Dovetail clamping elements. The holder includes a stand for an electronic goniometer.
The guide elements of the holder are made of high-strength anodized aluminum rod, which ensures low weight and ease of sliding.
The double stone holder is suitable for both the initial stages of knife sharpening and the finishing ones.
