- This low-speed grinder 1 x 30 BUCKTOOL allows you to find a balance of speed between quality and speed in sharpening. Together with a unique angle meter that you can synchronize with each other, you achieve a high result and fast speed. We have built a kit that includes all types of tapes from restoration or removal of corrosion or satin coating to full-fledged sharpening. The P60 or p80 tape allows you to roughly sharpen lawn mowers and restore knife tips or chips.
- STEP ONE - The belt 120 is the step in the sharpening itself. The 3M Cubitron II 984F belt is not just a ceramic tape, it is equipped with the patented 3M Precision-Shaped Grain (PSG) technology. These triangular ceramic grains are designed to break down as they wear out, constantly exposing new sharp cutting edges. While conventional ceramic sanding belts "cut through" metal (creating friction and heat), the Cubitron II cuts it into pieces. This means you spend less time sanding and more time getting a perfectly sharpened edge.
- STEP TWO 3M Trizact belts . The magic lies in 3M’s proprietary micro-replicated structured abrasive technology. The belt surface is engineered with microscopic pyramids filled with layers of micron-graded mineral. As you work, these pyramids wear away uniformly, constantly exposing fresh, sharp mineral to the steel. This provides a perfectly consistent scratch pattern throughout the entire lifespan of the belt, leaving a repeatable, hazy-satin bevel with a NASTY "bite."
