The bread sharpening station for sharpening serrated / bread knives has a Dual Speed of 1700 rpm and 3000 rpm. With low speed, we can control the sharpening in more detail without overheating. We use high speed for polishing and deburring of edge.
In 99% of buffers, the engines are spinning on us. This machine allows you to see with your eyes when a burr protrudes due to the light bulb that comes with the kit. (look at the last photo where the arrow is spinning).Sharpening on the machine is done by resting your elbows on the table and then with your wrists, tilting the knife towards the diamond circle, touch the cutting edge and sharpen. The motor is equipped with a ground connection.
